How to create a Christmas wishlist step by step
A Christmas wishlist has two goals: to receive good gifts and to spare your loved ones the stress. Here's a process that does both.
1. Collect ideas all year (not in November under pressure)
The best ideas come during the year — when you think of something, drop it into your phone (notes, Wish Master, anything). In November you pick what's still relevant.
2. Add links and variants
Instead of "some watch", write a specific model with a link. Grandma won't have to guess or call. For clothing add the size and colour — you save yourself a return.
3. Mark priorities
What's "really want" vs "would be nice". Guests pick by budget. Pricey items are fine to leave on — family often pools together.
4. Send the link in advance
Ideally early November. Family has time to order calmly, shops aren't sold out and nobody panics on December 22nd.
5. Turn on Surprise Mode
So the surprise stays a surprise. Guests see reservations, you don't.
